SolarStar
Households across NSW and Australia are now eligible for government grants and subsidies to help pay for domestic solar energy systems. Government support has meant that this sector is experiencing rapid growth as families rush to take advantage of these offers.
SolarStar is one module In the GreenStar electricians program and Is aimed at providing electricians with the necessary competencies in order to design, install and gridconnect domesc solar systems.
SolarStar is a ten day course which can be studied both online or in the classroom. Online training allows you to complete the theory component at a time and place that suits you and once you have finished the online component you will undertake 3 days of practical training at an Electro Skills training centre.
If you prefer to complete your training in a classroom environment you can choose to do this over a seven day period with an additional 3 days of practical work making for ten days in total.
Once you have completed the SolarStar course you will be accredited to design, install and connect solar systems and will receive a certificate in Photovoltaic Energy Systems and Grid Connection.
You are also presented with the opportunity to continue your training to attain the Certificate IV in renewable energy.
Electro Skills has set the industry standard with the SolarStar course and is excited to offer the ten day course at extremely competitive rates.

Advance bookings are essential: GreenStar Energy Training is a hands-on course. Class size is small so each delegate receives maximum training.
Payment is required two weeks in advance of course
Cancellation of booking less than 10 working days prior to starting date attracts a 50% administration charge.
No refund is payable for non-advice/non-attendance
Electro Skills reserves the right to cancel or alter course dates or venues. Delegates unable to attend the course may send another person in their place.
