AIM:

This course has been designed to allow candidates to correctly and safely carry out the requirements under the 2001 OH&S Regulations. These regulations define an employer’s responsibility to ensure that employees are not exposed to a risk which may have a direct impact on their health and safety.

On successful completion of the course the student will be able to:

Be aware of the OH&S requirements

Undertake the testing required under AS3760

Explain the need for in service testing of appliances

List the type of equipment to be tested

Record results
