Marketing Officer
A high-quality registered training organisation (RTO) and Group Training Organisation (GTO) providing training and assessment services in technical qualifications and recruiting, placing and managing apprentices requires an enthusiastic and newly qualified person with initiative to develop and implement its marketing strategy to grow the businesses.

Responsibilities include developing the marketing and communication strategy, and its implementation.  Leading and working as part of a team.  It includes researching, writing, editing and producing a range of marketing and communication collateral, as well as coordinating printing of related informational and materials, event packs and presentation/media briefs to increase recognition and growth.  Encompassed also, is developing policies and processes for inculcating all staff in the use of the agreed brand and image, overseeing the currency of the website content, coordinating relevant press releases and distribution of media kits and participating or coordinating relevant events and apprentice/learner awards.

Essential requirements: qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a relevant discipline, experience coordinating staff, excellent communication skills, excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, Access and graphical software), managing contact lists, current drivers licence.

Desirable: knowledge in developing and coordinating marketing strategies and campaigns, identifying and developing marketing opportunities and promoting the brands, products and services to increase growth.  Personal qualities: commitment to excellence, committed to delivering high quality promotion and marketing services, client focused, a team leader and player.

RTO/GTO Coordinator
A high-quality registered training organisation (RTO) providing training and assessment services in technical qualifications requires an experienced person with initiative to coordinate its operations.

Responsibilities include managing AQTF and government contract compliance, managing student enrolments, records management, coordinating and training staff, managing the RTO’s scope of registration, Group Training Organisation (GTO) compliance, and implementing and maintaining quality assurance and continuous improvement arrangements. 

Essential requirements: Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, knowledge of AQTF and User Choice contract and reporting requirements, experience coordinating staff, excellent communication skills, excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, student management systems), and current drivers licence.

Desirable: knowledge of Job Ready or similar learner records management system and Group Training Organisation (GTO) compliance requirements.  Personal qualities: commitment to excellence, committed to delivering high quality training, client focused, a team leader and player.

Admin-Clerical Officer
A high-quality registered training organisation (RTO) and Group Training Organisation (GTO) providing training and assessment services in technical qualifications and recruiting, placing and managing apprentices requires an enthusiastic and innovative person to undertake administrative clerical duties to meet its AQTF and GTO standards requirement, and help grow the businesses.

Responsibilities include providing substantive administrative and clerical support to AQTF and government contract compliance, student enrolments, records management, staff development, RTO’s scope of registration, Group Training Organisation (GTO) compliance, and complying with and maintaining quality assurance and continuous improvement arrangements. 

Essential requirements: performance of competent administrative and clerical functions, relevant vocational education and training certificate, above average communication skills, excellent and well developed computer skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, Access), current drivers licence, and some knowledge of AQTF and User Choice contract and reporting requirements,.

Desirable: knowledge of learner records management system and/or Group Training Organisation (GTO) apprentices/trainee records management system.  Personal qualities: Commitment to excellence, committed to delivering high quality performance, client focused, a team player.
